The CalReply platform has been designed to plug and play into any television, sport or entertainment scheduling feed. Once your feed is connected to your CalReply account, any changes to your programming will automatically synchronize with subscriber calendars, ensuring that reminders remain accurate and up-to-date in the event of schedule changes.
Integrating with the broadcasters data source removes the need to manually manage TV schedules from within CalReply. If the broadcaster adds a new show to their EPG feed, this show will automatically appear as a published calendar, including show imagery, synopsis and all episodic data.
In the case of Sony Pictures Television, over 100 channel feeds in 30+ languages and 20+ time-zones were connected to their account.
Calendar pages were translated into 30+ languages, including Russian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Romanian and more.
Each channel has been set up with a shows page that contains a tiled listing of programs on the network. Networks will be driving traffic to these pages by promoting shows on-air via 'Set Reminder' URLs. The shows page allows viewers to subscribe to receive reminders for multiple shows, from a single page.
